As a sustainable farmer, I first chose breeds of poultry that can humanely exist in the diverse Minnesota climates with minimum housing needs during our harsh winters and hot summers. Then I focus on beauty, quality of meat, and breeds listed as Critically Rare by the American Livestock Breed Conservatory. It is important to me that as I come up my drive, I am pleased by what I see, and as I pass my work onto you, I am proud to be the producer,
